With the acquisition of BS-Import A/S, Nordthy strengthens its position on the Scandinavian FMCG-market. The purchase of a new business division will contribute to further growth and new jobs in the local area.
BS-Import A/S is a Danish importer of colonial goods, preserves, pasta, olive oils and spices. The company was established in 2018 by owner Bjarke Skov and has in short time become an important player on the Danish grocery market. The purchase of BS-Import A/S is a result of a long-time search for the right opportunity, CEO of Nordthy Søren Lukassen comments:

in connection with the acquisition of BS-Import Aps Bjarke Skov will step in to the ownership of Nordthy A/S and will in the new setup become Director of the new business division named Nordthy-Food. Founder and CEO of BS-Import, Bjarke Skov comments:
